The playnest is a fabric covered inflatable ring (which is useful for storage purposes!), decorated in bright colours and with different textures and patterns for the Baby to explore. The Baby loves sitting in it. It gives her the necessary support but she can move freely. Furthermore, the playnest is big enough to fit the Baby plus the Baby's favourite toys!

I am currently reading "French children don't throw food" by Pamela Druckerman. Druckerman is an American journalist married to an English guy. They have 3 young children (two of which are twins!) and live in Paris. Check out the beautiful baby and children clothes at Jacadi (http://www.jacadi.com/en). They have an online shop but unfortunately only for France and the US. The Swiss boutiques are in Basel, Lausanne and Geneva. I particularly love their cardigans:
